McConnell Air Force Base is set to enhance its operational capabilities with the establishment of a new Wing Operations Center (WOC). This project is focused on creating a centralized facility that will streamline and integrate the Operations Group’s functions, significantly improving mission preparation and support for KC-46 flight crews.

The WOC will serve as a “one-stop” hub, bringing together various operational elements into a single location. This consolidation is designed to boost efficiency, coordination, and overall mission effectiveness by providing a more cohesive support structure for both KC-46 operations and other critical base functions.

SVS has been instrumental in guiding this project through comprehensive master-planning Cost Estimating services.  Produced multiple cost estimate alternatives to include continued maintenance costs status quo estimate, repairing existing facility estimate, a renovation and addition estimate and a final new facility estimate, all of which reflect meticulous planning and a commitment to precision.
