Henrico County, VA is introducing a new development in its health and human services sector: a single-story detoxification facility encompassing approximately 18,500 square feet. This facility will feature treatment and exam rooms, administrative offices, a dining area with a kitchen, and eighteen bedrooms, each with two beds, accommodating a total of thirty-six patients.
The main entrance will be sheltered by a large canopy with decorative brick, facility signage, and accent lighting, all supported by painted structural steel. A secondary canopy will be provided for staff, EMTs, and law enforcement. The interior courtyard will offer a well-lit, secure outdoor area with benches, a pea gravel path, and landscaped elements to enhance the environment.
