The project involves a multi-story, 250,000 square-foot state laboratory campus designed to centralize testing services for human, animal, environmental, and criminal investigations in Missouri. This facility will house multiple agencies, facilitating the sharing of information, expertise, equipment, supplies, and support services to enhance public service both now and in the future. Additionally, the campus will feature a secure two-story parking structure to accommodate state-owned vehicles, as well as the personal vehicles of employees and visitors.

SVS has played a critical role in this project delivering precise and detailed cost estimating services throughout its lifecycle. The services provided are comprehensive estimates at various stages: the Programming phase, Schematic Design phase, 50% Design Development phase, and 100% Design Development phase. These estimates serve as independent benchmarks, offering real-time comparisons to validate the Construction Manager’s figures and ensuring both financial accuracy and project feasibility.
